But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth. Acts 1:8

As believers, we have the promise and gift of the Holy Spirit. If God is pouring into us, it’s not just for our benefit. We are called to be his ambassadors and witnesses in the earth. The message of salvation is needed and we are commissioned to share the good news. If God has been building you spiritually, it’s time for you to build and pour into others. Don’t neglect the gift of the Holy Spirit to work in you and partner with you. He has given us power, a measure of faith, and grace to work! Don’t shy away from evangelizing what the Lord has placed in you to share. He will be your mouth piece and he will season your words with grace.

We need to ask ourselves...how can we reach them if we don’t engage them? How can we share the gospel if we are not willing to open our mouth? How can the message of Jesus Christ save if we remain in the four walls of the church?

As foot soldiers for the Lord, we have to be willing to stand on the front lines. God desires to activate believers that are passionate about reaching the lost, scared, confused, depressed, possessed, sick, and broken. If we don’t make a stand, the enemy will continue to reach the souls we failed to extend the gospel. As God’s army, we should be eager to march where no one else is willing to go and possess not just the land, but to snatch back souls from the kingdom of darkness!

The season to evangelize is stronger now than ever before. Why? Because we are drawing closer to our Savior’s second coming. Don’t delay in sharing the gospel. You don't have to be a biblical scholar to witness to others about your testimony and his love. Think about it...If the woman at the well can tell a whole village about her encounter with Jesus in just one day. How much more us, who have cultivated a relationship longer than she did can accomplished?

Make it up in your mind to evangelize this week. Ask God for the opportunity, listen for the Holy Spirit, and follow his lead. You will be amazed at what God can accomplish through you. Always remember, when you decide to spread the gospel, you are choosing to help save a soul.

If you would like to know more about how to evangelize get connected to your ministry leaders or research credible online resources.

"Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened, That it cannot save; Nor His ear heavy, That it cannot hear." Isaiah 59:1

God is available to all that is willing to seek him. He does not withhold his love, mercy and faithfulness. He loves us beyond our understanding, he extends brand new mercy every day and he remains faithful when we are unfaithful.

There comes a point in time when we have to consider ALL that God has done in our lives. His hand was always extended when we needed it the most and His ear was inclined to our most heartfelt cry. He is never late and always shows up right on time.

God desires you more than anything! He is a God that is near to all that wants to know and experience his great love. He is ready, willing and able to break you free from vicious cycles and demonic strongholds. All you have to do is call on that great name.

When you call on the mighty Name of Jesus with a humble heart, things begin to happen. Your heart becomes repentant and your passion for God is kindled. You will find that when you reach out and touch him in prayer, worship or through the scriptures, he is speaking directly to you, extending his heart, hand and ear.

Don't miss your opportunity to build a beautiful relationship with your heavenly Father. Get to know the one that you aspire to spend eternity with. If you fail to get to know him, your relationship will only be on the surface and your encounters limited.

Eternity is forever, deciding who you want to spend it with is entirely up to you.

"But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8

Nothing is more important than our walk with God. Our relationship with him should always be the number one priority in our lives. It is something God wanted way before we considered the thought of opening our hearts to him. When Adam and Eve disobeyed God, sin entered the world and separated us from him. However, it would not be forever, God in all of his wisdom already prepared a way for us to be reunited with him through his Son, Jesus. As a believer, we have direct access to the Father because of the act of love on calvary.

When we make our heavenly Father a priority, we show our love, appreciation and reverence. Our ability to go boldly to the throne of grace is a privilege that was once only available to a few. It should never be taken lightly the access we now have through the blood of Jesus. It is up to us to take advantage of building and cultivating our relationship with him. He is the best friend you didn't know you had, a Father that loves you intensely and a personal counselor that guides you in life with precision.

If we submit to his will and take up our cross we are able to experience the life we are meant to have as a believer. It will never be filled with perfect experiences, but, we can rest in knowing that the perfect one reigns and resides in us. As you approach a New Year, remember your relationship with Jesus is something you truly can't live without. Make a conscience choice to build, restore or rekindle your relationship.
