"I thank Christ Jesus our Lord, who has strengthened me, because He considered me faithful, putting me into service..." 1 Timothy 1:12

God will reward you with strength to endure ministry. Whenever you are in service to God, he is invested in the work that he has given you to do. Despite the opinions of others or how we may feel about yourselves, God chose us to get it done! So, we have to embrace it with open arms knowing that we can't fail with him leading us.

When it matters the most, we are willing to put our feelings aside to step out on faith to pursue the will of God. The struggle though for many of us is to stay on course despite the setbacks, roadblocks, hills and hurdles. So many things come to discourage us from the path that God has predestined for us to walk in. We see it occur when life events take an unexpected turn that derail us; a wayward child, failing marriage, sickness or financial pitfalls can contribute to us coming to a screeching halt. Yet, no matter how far we have strayed away, God is faithful in guiding us back to where he desires us to be. When we stay the course during our challenging seasons, he is faithful in giving us the tools and resources we need to face whatever comes our way.

God orders the steps of the righteous. So, when things don't go according to plan or life throws a curve ball know that God is still in control. There is no interruption that can dismantle God's plan for our life when you are actively pursing his will.

Today, present those things to God that you believe is threatening your progress, motivation and momentum in achieving his perfect will. He is faithful to provide you with instructions on how to navigate through where you feel stuck. Don't let your passion shift. God will begin to uplift, encourage, and set you ablaze again. Remember, you will reap a harvest if you faint not. As you sow into the work of God, do it with joy and confidence knowing that he will honor the work of your hands.

"Within you is the spring of life. In your light we see light." Psalm 36:7 CEB

God is our source for everything. Without him we would be lost, confused and without hope. As a believer, we have access to the spring of life. He is continually pouring into us what we so desperately need. God is the only one that can truly satisfy our soul and quench our thirst to be filled with his transformational light.

I can imagine that every time worship goes up, praise goes up, prayers like a sweet-smelling aroma goes up, God is pouring out of his life-giving spring supplying our needs. He begins to pour out his Spirit of love, grace, mercy, peace, joy, strength, knowledge, wisdom, healing and deliverance into our lives. When we think of God's outpouring or blessings, we must remember not to limit it to material things. God's desire is to bless us with the intangible things that never lose its value. It’s time to put away the things we value that doesn’t bring enrichment into our lives or can save us from sinful desires.

He is the only one that can make us whole from the inside out. The finest things in life can never fill the void of the emptiness we feel; only God can. When our outward appearance does not match what's on the inside, we are creating a façade that will eventually faulter. Our heavenly Father knows that we can never find wholeness on our own. His love sent his son, Jesus to the cross so that we can lay claim to new life in him. His all-powerful redeeming blood bridged the gap that through him we may obtain the intangible blessings of God. In Christ we have gained a life worth living.

We are able to walk in his light that illuminates every area of our heart and dispels and repels the sin that shows up in our lives. When we stand in the light of God, he begins to show us the various things we need to address and create in us a contrite heart. The Spirit of God comes to bring illumination and revelation into our souls so we can align our lives to his word and remain in his light.

Today, ask God to pour into you today and shed his light into your hearts and minds so that you can live conscientiously for him.

"But he must ask in faith without any doubting, for the one who doubts is like the surf of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind." James 1:6

Do not waver in what you are asking for God. If it lines up with his word and his will then don't relent. Doubts may come because what you are waiting for has not yet manifested. However, it's your faith that will keep you connected to the very thing you are waiting on.

The enemy is always working overtime, actually triple time to see you let go and give up on your prayers. One of the main tactics in achieving this is introducing doubt to your mind. The scripture tells us that doubt has the ability to make us unstable and easily influenced. If you can be swayed, then you can be talked out of the very thing you are desiring from the Lord.

The enemy will present to your mind with all the different scenarios that could go wrong or suggest things that are contrary to God's plans for your life. In Genesis, he is characterized as cunning, always bring an argument with half truths. Nevertheless, we have the precious Holy Spirit that will guide us into ALL truth.

The truth of the matter is...if God wants you to have it, the devil is going to try and grab it.

If you are believing God, leave it right there, the throne of grace. Believe him and don't doubt. If doubt comes, give it the boot and openly declare I WILL TRUST THE LORD.

When we refuse what the enemy is offering, our trust in God is strengthen and becomes a pillar of steadfastness against the enemy. You will become firm and unmoved; knowing that your faith is keeping you anchored in God.
