Start your day with a dose of Fresh Manna!

The Lord will keep you from all harm- he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore. Psalm 121:7-8 NIV

The word of God tells us in Psalm 121:7-8 that our God will keep us from all harm, watch over our life and will cover us daily. What a blessing! Now more than ever we have to trust God for his divine protection. There are so many things that threaten our life and peace. But, when you know that God is in control and his hands are on you; a sense of relief sweeps over your soul.

We can declare God as our keeper everyday! He covers us daily from everything that is trying to harm us. God is protecting us from the very things our eyes do not see everyday. That is why he deserves all the glory, honor and praise. We don't have to worry about protecting ourselves when we have our heavenly Father watching over us.

However, there is something that we need to do - trust God for his divine protection. Whatever it is, give it to God and believe that you are covered. Trusting in him will empower you. When you willingly yield to him he delights in keeping watch over you.

As you step out today, walk with confidence and let your mind be at peace - God is watching over your soul!

Just in case you forgot who you REALLY ARE...

"But you are A CHOSEN RACE, A royal PRIESTHOOD, A HOLY NATION, A PEOPLE FOR God’s OWN POSSESSION, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light" 1 Peter 2:9

You have been transformed as a child of God and you are who say you are. Don't entertain voices that suggest otherwise. You are valuable to God and you have great purpose. We sometimes get stuck because we are constantly reflecting on our imperfections. If we focus on what we are lacking we will never see how much we have gained.

God sees us as we really are, he is the only one that sees the full picture from the beginning. You are being shaped and molded everyday through his word. The more you allow the word to shape your vision of yourself the more you will be empowered to walk boldly in your identity.

Today, I challenge you to proclaim all that you are in God, not what you think about yourself. It's important to recite confidently who God declare you to be. Speak life over your life and watch things begin to line up for you.

"Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour." 1Peter 5:8

The word of the Lord to you today is ARISE! Arise in your spirit and don't allow the enemy to devour what you have been building by faith.

When you don’t make the decision to stand in the authority that was given to you through Jesus Christ, the enemy will slip in undetected. That's why the scripture urges us to be sober-minded and watchful. What does that mean? That means that we must be stable, temperate and exercise self control. When our mind is focused and remain in Christ, we are able to think and see with great clarity. However, when our focus shifts we become distracted and less on our guard.

When we fail to recognize the breach, it's impact is far detrimental than we imagined. We might not see it right away, but we will begin to see the manifestations of the breach showing up in our life. That's why we cannot afford to give the enemy any room to move freely in the realm of our soul. He will devour everything (peace, joy, strength, health confidence) if we are not sober-minded and watchful.

The Spirit of the Lord is urging you today to take your rightful place and ARISE in him.

It’s time to give the Father of lies an eviction notice! Everything the adversary is trying to devour in your life will be restored in the name of Jesus when you claim what belongs to you! You must take a stand in his Word, trusting and believing that God has already prepared a way of escape for you. Let the word of God govern your thoughts, will and emotions!

Remember, YOU ARE victorious and an overcomer by the blood of the lamb and the word of your testimony. Your testimony is powerful and a constant reminder that if God did it before, surely he will do it again.
