My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever. Psalm 72:26

We all need strength! Strength to work, live and do the things we are called to do. Yet, we find ourselves depleted because of everything that we are trying to accomplish. At times, we will find that our strength is not sufficient alone. Without God's intervention we will find ourselves in a place we all dread...a space of being overwhelmed.

Right now, confess that you need God to be the strength of your heart and your portion forever. The part of you that longs to bear all of your cares and concerns on him. Our dependency on God's strength reminds us to be vulnerable and transparent in his presence. When we realize that we can't do life on our own, the Spirit of God ushers us to the one that can keep us.

So, whatever you can not handle or carry today. Jesus is able to see you through. He will empower you with his strength so that everything that seems too heavy to carry will now feel light as a feather.

May every burden be lifted now and may the supernatural strength of the Lord be imparted to you today!

"Indeed before the day was, I am He; And there is no one who can deliver out of my hand; I work, and who will reverse it? Isaiah 43:13

Today's scripture speaks of God's powerful word and work. We are reminded that our heavenly Father is sovereign and mighty to save. He is the great I AM who is upholding and keeping us according to His word and ability. With that in mind, we can rest in knowing that he will do what he promised.

His promises are not empty. He is never slack concerning his word and he always show up on time. We are his witnesses, we can survey our own lives and can pinpoint the acts of God. Even history shows us his mighty acts and his words coming to pass. He consistently works things out for our good and nothing can stand in his way. When God begins to work, no devil in hell dare oppose or can hinder his plans considering our life, family, businesses, churches or communities. We might experience the diverse testing of our faith in those areas but it is only to produce perseverance. Our process is meant to build us and prepare us to withstand any wiles of the enemy.

Imagine with me for a minute, God in all of his might and glory. Who can reverse his work? Who can contend with his power? Who is able to supered his plans? Absoultely no one or nothing! So, think about it, can your heart comprehend the awesome God that fights for us? Have you considered the God that is always in your corner? Did it hit your spirit to fathom that if God has decree and declare a thing, it shall come to pass in your life?

The reality is this, we serve a God that still speaks to us everyday through his word, servants, prophets, leaders and even the enemy reminds us that he is still God. At the name of Jesus every knee shall bow and every tongue confess that Jesus is Lord. The knees of our enemy must bow to God. So, if they can recognize that God is sovereign and nothing is above him, how much more the redeemed?

When God speaks everything must come into alignment. There is nothing that the enemy can do to reverse his spoken word over your life. Take sixty seconds to soak that in! God's word can not be challenged by the enemy, he will always lose. We are not wrestling with a victor but a defeated foe. Do not let the enemy fool you or talk you out of your promise; whatever promise you are holding on to and believing God for. He is the father of lies and the master of deception. Nothing that he offers is real but death through sin.

The Spirit of the living God wants to encourage you today, cling to every prophetic word that the Lord has rested upon your life. Trust God. Hope in God and pull on his word by faith. God has already made a way for you before the foundations of the world, trust that he has already paved a path that you can walk on. A path of breakthrough, victory, and new life.

God's hand is upon his people! Take rest in knowing that his purpose can not be disannulled or overturned. He is all powerful and nothing can reverse the power of his word.

The beautiful thing about all of this is... our fate is sealed. Our God made spiritual provision through Jesus Christ so we can experience his love and faithfulness. We worship him

because there is nobody like him. We love him because he first loved us and we honor him because he honor his word above his name. Step out of doubt and into your faith today. Let the word and the promises of God uphold you and pull you up in your time of weariness.

"For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways and My thoughts than your thoughts." Isaiah 55:9

Can you imagine being molded daily by negative thoughts? According to the Huffington Post, the average brain has between 50,000 and 70,000 thoughts a day. Regrettably, the majority (an estimated 60-70 percent) of our thoughts are negative. Why would 60-70% of our thoughts be negative? It could be contributed to many different factors. Life's circumstances, self perception and things that shaped our belief system are three major factors that influence they way we think.

Sometimes, it is difficult to see beyond what we have been taught or what our circumstances tells us. We are often bombarded with thoughts that tells us that our situation is never going to change. As our situation speaks to us, every time we try to think, "this time it's going to work out for me". Our mind assess the argument of our situation and we become compliant because it always seem to win. The negative scenarios are reinforced by our negative thoughts of agreement.

But today, God wants us to break the agreement! Even though we see ourselves not coming out of it, he does. The scripture says that God's thoughts and ways are higher than our own. He made provision in his word for us to lead a healthy and balanced thought life. God does not want us to live in a perpetual pattern of defeated thinking.

We often hear we become what we think. If we are not careful, our thoughts will shape us into fear, doubt, worry and despair. It is obvious, we have a powerful mind. We have to yield our thoughts to God, pick up his word and meditate on it. In doing so, we begin to shift those negative thoughts into positive affirmation of God's faithful promises. Adopting the mind of Christ is solution for a healthy thought life. Ask your Heavenly Father to show you the way of faith.

Don't let your life circumstances, self-perceptions or negative beliefs rule your thoughts. Submit to God and you will find a peace that surpass all understanding.
