Isaiah 54:10

"For the mountains shall depart and the hills be removed, but My kindness shall not depart from you, nor shall My covenant of peace be removed," says the Lord.

This is a beautiful promise we can lean into. No matter what happens around us, our Father assures us of His unwavering kindness and peace. If we are recipients of His great kindness and peace, we must also extend kindness to others and strive to live peaceably.

As children of God, our behavior should align with His Word. The world is watching what we say and do, and we must reflect His love and kindness. Regardless of what we may be experiencing, we should never use it as an excuse to be unkind. If we are walking in the Spirit of God, kindness should always be evident in us.

Kindness is contagious—one act can inspire others to pay it forward. A calm demeanor can bring peace into any situation.

Acts of kindness don’t have to be grand gestures; even small actions can make a significant impact. A kind word to a stranger, a smile to someone who is struggling, holding the door open, offering encouragement, or helping a coworker with a difficult task all reflect God’s love. Paying for someone’s coffee, checking in on a lonely neighbor, calling a friend or family member you haven't heard from in a while, volunteering at a shelter, or visiting the elderly in a nursing home are all simple but powerful ways to demonstrate kindness.

As believers, we have an opportunity every day to show kindness and offer peace. Our daily interactions with others allow us to reflect God's goodness. Let us be intentional in sharing His love through our

actions.

Hebrews 13:16

"And do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased."

Have you ever noticed how tightly babies hold onto things they love? Whether it's their favorite toy or treat, prying it from their little kung-fu grip can be nearly impossible. Sometimes, we can be just like that—reluctant to share.

God calls us to remember to do good and to share with others. We often forget that the blessings we receive are not just for us; they are meant to be shared to bless someone else. When we practice kindness, God is glorified.

Whatever you find in your heart to give, do it willingly, knowing that God honors your sacrifice. It’s easy to get caught up in daily life and overlook the small acts of kindness that can change the course of someone’s life. Someone out there is in desperate need of your testimony, talent, time, or treasure.

Don’t keep the gift of who you are to yourself. Make up your mind to practice kindness every day, even when it requires sacrifice.
