We have a Shepherd

Psalms 23 The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall not want

Psalms 23 is a familiar scripture that every believer have recited at least a hundred times. It speaks to the loving care of the Good Shepherd that provides, restores, protects and comforts his people. When we begin to acknowledge and confess that Jesus is the Shepherd of our lives; we yield our independence and we depend on him to shepherd our lives.

In Jesus, we can find all that we need, there is NO LACK. In every area of our lives Jesus have provided exactly what we needed when we needed it. As a Good Shepherd, he leads us into a path of righteousness and restores our soul when life becomes overwhelming. His rod and staff wards off the enemy and protects us from all impeding danger.

He will never allow us to be forsaken or overtaken by our circumstances. He commissions goodness and mercy to stand with us and to follow us all the days of our lives! God’s amazing love, goodness and mercy will never depart from us when we choose to have him shepherd our soul. Be confident that you are in good hands and he will provide all that you need.
